Tax Impact Calculator
Use on the calculator to learn of your average estimated annual Tax Impact from this Referendum by inputting the Assessed Value of your Land & Improvements. See your annual Tax Bill for Assessed Value. The calculator will estimate your average, annual Tax Impact over the 10 years of the Bond using 2026 tax rate information.
To use this Tax Impact Calculator, enter the Assessed Value of your Land & Improvements (top box) as shown on your Tax Bill from the municipal tax office.
Enter the Assessed Value as a whole number without commas, dollar sign or decimal places. e.g. enter 750150, not $750,150.

Voter Registration
Voter Registration (now on-line)
You must be registered to vote in this election. Information regarding VOTER REGISTRATION can be found at the State of New Jersey, Division of Elections website:
Voting Registration deadline is October 13, 2026, to vote in the November 3rd election.
Vote-by-Mail
NEW - New Jersey has implemented an online vote-by-mail application system, giving voters the option to apply for a vote-by-mail ballot online while keeping a paper application option available. October 27th is the deadline to apply for Mail-In Ballot for November 3rd School Special Elections.
You must be a registered voter in order to apply for a Mail-In Ballot. To apply online, you will need your date of birth and one of the following forms of identification:
A current and valid Driver’s License or a non-driver Identification Card (ID card) issued by the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (MVC). Your information will be provided to the MVC to verify your identification and retrieve a copy of your digitized signature.
Vote By Mail Application online at: NJ Voter Mail-in Ballot Request
Completed ballots may be returned by mail (no postage necessary). Ballots must be postmarked no later than election day and must be received by the Board of Elections no later than six (6) days after the election.
Senior Property Tax Programs
- Senior Tax Freeze: The Senior Freeze Program reimburses eligible senior citizens and disabled persons for property tax or mobile home park site fee increases on their principal residence (main home). To qualify, you must meet all the eligibility requirements for each year from the base year through the application year. The Senior Freeze application is part of a combined application for New Jersey's property tax relief programs for homeowners and renters.
- Applicants submit a single application to claim benefits from Senior Freeze, ANCHOR, and the new Stay NJ Program. Senior Freeze eligibility is based on residency, income, and age as of 2024 and 2025.
